Scott Padron

Founder & CEO

Scott Padron is the founder and CEO of Convergence Aeronautics, which he founded in 2026 with the mission of reducing the environmental impact and cost of aviation. Prior to founding Convergence, he was an F-35 pilot in the USAF and holds a commercial pilot license. Scott received a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
